Path of Exile Atlas Expansion Reveal

This month we have a new trailer with all the information about the upcoming Battle for Atlas (3.17) sourcebook and its new Remnant content. The live stream will take place on January 27th and the Grinding Gear Games team promises plenty of information about the Path of Exile sourcebook and what you can expect from the content, as well as the challenge leagues that will accompany the release. As for the future, it's worth keeping an eye on past Atlas expansions. Well, it doesn't say exactly what's going to happen, and if you've enjoyed Atlas' content before, then the new expansion might keep you entertained for a while. The live stream will air on the Path of Exile Twitch channel on January 27th at 11am PT, followed by a live Q&A session to answer any questions that may arise. However, one thing we do know is that the last update to the Cataclysm mechanics, expansion 3.16, will not be brought forward to 3.17. Siege of Atlas will go live on February 4th and the Cataclysm schedule will be removed (at least for now). If you still have content to complete from the Legion of Disaster update, you have a few weeks to complete it and collect all the rewards and gear. While the team has hinted that Calamity might make a comeback at some point, there are no plans for that just yet. Since it's an interesting mechanic, the developers probably won't drop it, especially when asked if the Bane Legion will continue to exist. See the announcement on Path of Exile for more information.
